| A unique knowledge base
Only through creating a unique knowledge base that integrates a wide variety of technical and commercial data, is TES able to offer the wide range of engine asset management services required by Financiers, Lessors and Operators.
Software solutions
At the heart of this knowledge base is EFPAC, a revolutionary, proprietary software solution specifically designed by TES for Airlines, Lessors and maintenance organisations to enable them to meet the demands for accurate planning and financial forecasting of aircraft engine maintenance costs.
System integration
EFPAC integrates with existing airframe or technical records IT systems for the automatic updates of aircraft and engines utilisation.
Key data management
EFPAC provides easy engine removal planning based on key engine parameters such as life limited parts (LLPs), airworthiness directives (ADs), service bulletins (SBs), Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) deterioration, lease return conditions etc. Through tracking of key data from shop invoices, on-wing life, removal rates and drivers, engine performance, component prices and material scrap rates, TES is also able to calculate accurate engine prices and trading values.
In support of proactive risk management, EFPAC provides a full suite of technical and financial reports such as predicted workshop visit definitions, total shop visit costs, post shop visit engine condition etc. EFPAC also provides cash flow predictions reports for full maintenance programs, with calculations of associated cost per hour and cost per cycle.
Based on EFPAC’s proven functionality, a new module has been developed to support optimum management and tracking of APU, landing gear and avionics, making the EFPAC system the ultimate airframe asset management system. |
