TES COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF AIRCRAFT ENGINE MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE COMPANY (EFPAC Ltd.)

UK based TES Aviation Group has concluded the acquisition of Imagitech Limited’s 50% shareholding in EFPAC Limited and now owns 100% of the company. 

EFPAC Limited provides aircraft engine management software solutions to airlines and leasing organisations around the world.  EFPAC is also the system used by Total Engine Support (TES) Limited for all its engine fleet management programs.

This acquisition further strengthens TES’ position as the leading, independent provider of premium aircraft asset management services.
